Centina partnered with Renewal SA to deliver this landmark Greenstar development of 41 architecturally designed townhouses under a design and construct arrangement.

Besides the construction of these townhouses, Centina had involvement in the marketing and sales process for the development including innovative activation strategies to stimulate demand for the development and Bowden.

The project consists of a combination of two, three and four storey homes.

Each home includes innovative spatial design to integrate indoor and outdoor spaces, with the feature of the development being the roof terraces on the four storey dwellings.

The facades are unique and complex and include an architectural combination of form and material. From the Maxline Mansard details, the feature masonry vertical elements of breeze blocks and recycled red bricks, or the aluminium window and balcony shrouds the facades of the Guild Terraces development are truly unique.
