This project signified the first landmark development for Centina’s industry partner Greenstate Placemaking. Centina were engaged as the builder to deliver this project to the highest standard, whilst maintaining a very challenging fixed budget.

The project included features such as the use of outdoor spaces as a continuation of the internal spatial planning. The stylish front façade with fully established gardens, the master suite with private outdoor courtyard and the rear entertaining spaces were all significant elements of the design.

The project consisted three single storey row dwellings that had a bespoke and highly appealing aesthetic created by implementing many custom finishes.

The key interior spaces included the masterfully crafted kitchen joinery that incorporated the latest in porcelain surfaces and the bathrooms that included innovative use of joinery, matt black tapware and stylish use of pendant lighting. This highly sought-after development created a fantastic balance between form and function.
